My family has been busy since my last blog post. It has been well over a year since I posted and big changes have happened. We welcomed our little girl to the world. Hattie Howe arrived April 12, 2013 and just next month we will celebrate her first birthday! We are also glad to now call Tennessee home. We are living in Morristown, TN for the next year for my husbands work. I hope to find many new places and faces to photograph while we are here.

Rocking TJ Ranch

I am so fortunate to live close to my niece and nephew. They have a special place in my heart. I have been lucky enough to photograph these beautiful kids since they were born, couldn’t ask for better subjects! I also want to thank Rocking TJ Ranch for the use of their beautiful, picturesque property. It is a wonderful location for wedding or special event. Here is a link…check them out! http://rockingtjranch.com/

Engagement Photography Bozeman

I am thrilled to have the opportunity to photography Craig and Lexy’s wedding this upcoming summer. They are an easygoing couple that seems to light up when they are around each other. I am really looking forward to this wedding. They both have a love of horses and from what I've heard the wedding will be taking place in an arena. I can’t wait!

A Lovely Easter in Montana

Easter was filled with laughter, love, new baby chicks and one big egg hunt. My niece, nephews and daughter were thrilled to get two adorable baby chicks each from Grandpa. Now I have the sound of little chirps filling my house. My daughter has named her little chicks, Isabel and Charlotte. They are so fragile and helpless right now and cute…did I mention cute!

I hope this Easter was a blessing to your family as it was to mine.

Saint Augustine, Florida

Saint Augustine, Florida

My husband and I finally were able to take a honeymoon. We traveled to Florida and took a day to tour some of the sites in St. Augustine, our nation’s oldest city. I was completely captured by this city’s romance and history.

We walked the old section of town filled with historical building, little shops and restaurants. This little shop called the best gift idea ever sells 4x6 photographs of letters. The idea is to spell out whatever you would like and they will frame it, what a cool idea! I was inspired to photograph my own letters from our vacation, I spelled our last name but if you are interested to see what they have check them out- http://bestgiftideaever.com/bestgiftideaever/index.php

We toured the lighthouse built in 1871 and climbed the 219 stairs to the top. One of my favorite sites was the Castillo de San Marcos. Built to protect and defend Spain’s claims to the New World, it was never defeated in battle. This place represents over 330 years of history…wow! I highly recommend you visit at night it is simply breathtaking.

Gregg and Lindsey

I love when I have the chance to work with a couple on there wedding day and then continue to photography them as their family grows. I photographed Gregg and Lindsey’s wedding at Bridger Bowl last summer and now they are so excited to be welcoming their first baby in just a few weeks. The snow was coming down and it was a bit chilly but we didn’t let that stop us from getting out and having a great shoot. Congrats Gregg and Lindsey, the greatest blessing in life is bringing a child into the world.

Commercial shoot for Head West

I recently was able to do a photo shoot for Head West in downtown Bozeman. The mixture of western and vintage makes this clothing store unique. Great subjects and beautiful clothes made my job easy! Check out their store in Bozeman, 24 West Main.
